What we collect
Your name, email address and anything you write in the chat or the interview, the files you upload, and technical data: a hashed IP address, your browser, the page you came from and ad-campaign parameters (utm, fbclid, gclid).
Why
To answer your questions, prepare your demo website, send you emails about it and prepare an offer (steps taken at your request), and to protect the chat against abuse and measure our advertising (our legitimate interest, or your consent for advertising cookies).
How long
Conversations and requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. Demo previews are removed after 30 days.
Who else processes it
Service providers that host our systems, send our emails, run the AI assistant and, if you accept cookies, Meta and Google for advertising measurement. Some of them may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority. Email [email protected].
